Pentasia is currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant.
 
The Operations Assistant will work closely with the CEO, manage critical operational tasks, and provide support in various areas of our iGaming business. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 
  Responsibilities:
  •   Organize, prioritize, and efficiently manage various tasks to meet deadlines.
  •   Create and maintain a structured work environment for effective task management.
  •   Support the CEO in overseeing company projects and initiatives.
  •   Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
  •   Coordinate the CEO's schedule, correspondence, and meeting preparations.
  •   Prepare and submit key reports to the CEO on a regular basis.
  •   Analyze data and provide valuable insights on key performance indicators.
  •   Serve as the primary point of contact with our outsourced customer support team.
  •   Maintain open communication with our platform provider to manage queries and escalate issues.
  •   Monitor project timelines and coordinate with relevant teams and departments.
  •   Ensure efficient data organization and reporting processes
  •   Provide assistance and support to our Affiliate Manager as required.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset.
