This individual will work hand in hand with the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, playing a fundamental role diving deep into analytics, driving efficiency through data interpretation, and steering critical project management tasks. The role mandates a prowess in analytical thinking, with a primary spotlight on garnering insights that influence operational decisions, coupled with adeptness in project management to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Dive deep into operational data sets, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
· Support the team in formulating and documenting strategic product and tech initiatives, emphasizing a data-centric approach.
· Engage in rigorous project management tasks, ensuring initiatives are on track, within scope, and meet the predefined success criteria.
· Collaborate closely with core teams, fostering a two-way communication channel, ensuring that LATAM's operational needs are seamlessly conveyed and acted upon.
· Assist in the design and presentation of intricate data in an easily comprehensible manner, leveraging tools and platforms to articulate insights effectively.
· Stay abreast of the latest in the online sports betting & casino industry, ensuring our operations are always in alignment with market demands.

Requirements:
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in an operations analytics or similar role, with demonstrable exposure to project management – ideally within an consulting setting
· Proficiency in analytical tools, with SQL experience being highly desirable.
· Experience in liaising with diverse stakeholder groups and effectively communicating data-driven findings.
· Outstanding communication capabilities – fluency in English with Portuguese+/Spanish a bonus
· Acumen in crafting compelling presentations, distilling intricate data into comprehensible and impactful narratives.
· An inherent interest in the dynamics of the online sports betting & casino domain.
· Proficiency in analytical tools, with SQL experience being highly desirable.
