Our client is a global online betting operator that offers sports betting, casino games, and esports wagering. They operate in multiple countries, including Mexico and therefore are on the lookout for a hands-on and strategic Marketing Manager in Mexico. In this position, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also be managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance, while also overseeing and coaching a team.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Annual budget and forecast review.
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee allocation and managing of annual and monthly budgets. • Lead and mentor local and global marketing and acquisition team with a high performance environment.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations in optimizations.
- Prepare detailed reports for key stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Creating and nurturing key relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth alongside a centralized acquisition channel.
- Approving commercial negotiation and onboarding new marketing deals.
- Working operationally in all marketing channels within the business to optimize the ROI for the market and ensure best practice.
- Working across departments to align country strategy and meet business objectives.
- Supporting Head of Country/Central acquisition teams’ budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business.
- Driving key processes such as conversion, product enhancement and marketing offers forward, as well as working closely with the wider team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of B2C marketing experience within the iGaming industry, including creating strategies, campaigns, and managing a marketing budget.
- Experience managing and coaching a marketing team • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Performance driven with a strategic mindset
