This role is accountable for the execution of  strategy for online casino, and the omni channel business upon regulation.  This role will play a leading role in delivering the overall strategy for the Group to become a leading multi-channel gambling operator.

Success requires building and driving the long-term growth of the online business and be responsible for the digitally driven profitability for the online casino. Responsibility for the Digital  brand profitability including the setting of budgets, forecasts, the delivery of profit targets and all supporting metrics including Annual Operating Plan and qualitative KPI’s. As well as, championing our interests at the most senior level of key internal and external partners, current and potential, across platforms, content, etc.

Working collaboratively with the Retail Leadership Team to give customers a seamless multi-channel experience and to optimise cross-channel play. Work closely with Retail brand owner(s) to develop a multi-channel strategy for the brand and deliver on initiatives/commitments to develop both the online and offline channels.

Qualifications & Experiences
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business management or business administration OR a minimum of +5 years’ experience in an online start up or Casino Gaming Management role developing and implementing performance management strategies
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies that govern the gaming industry.
  • A track record of successful financial management, with focus on EBITDA and comprehension of key financial and operational indicators with ability to articulate at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate and relate to all levels of the organization (e.g., external stakeholders, members of the senior management team, new employees, vendors, and more), leaving little to no room for misinterpretation or misguidance.
  • Well-developed conflict resolution and dispute management skills – develops new approaches or solutions to problems
  • Inherent business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with all members of the leadership team.

  • Can demonstrate the leadership of an online business through growth and transition phases
