Pentasia is recruiting for a Key Account Operations Specialist for one of the most internationally established and leading game-tech companies based in Lisbon. We are seeking a dedicated individual to form part of the team with the key operations department, ensuring excellent service, performance, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional second-line support to our high-value players, surpassing their expectations while delivering a top-notch customer experience.
  • Aid Key Account Managers by coordinating Key Accounts activities, including bonus setup, managing correspondence, maintaining lists, and handling content.
  • Foster effective and efficient communication with both players and colleagues to ensure the achievement of business objectives and targets.
  • Identify potential high-value players and refer them to the relevant Key Account Manager.
  • Oversee the Key Account budget and take charge of gifting and shop operations, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Execute all tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects related to high-value customers as required.
Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in handling tickets, emails, live chat, telephone queries, and providing customer support.
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with online betting would be an asset.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Exceptional command of spoken and written, preferably North American English at a native level.
