My client, a leading company in the IT sector, is looking for a Junior IT Support Executive to join their team on-site in
Malta.

Main responsibilities:
- Serving as a pivotal point of contact for clients in resolving technical support inquiries.
- Contributing to the successful implementation of technology initiatives.
- Overseeing various support communication channels, including the IT Service Helpdesk, to meet IT department service level objectives.
- Collaborating closely IT experts to support operational business activities reliant on cutting-edge technologies.
- Delegated IT operational duties on infrastructure, office productivity, and business systems.
- Installing, administering, and troubleshooting endpoint devices and peripherals on client systems.
- Working towards further understanding and learning of key areas of our technology stack.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation; and Continuously supporting the security culture and upholding of all IT and security policies within the Company, through induction, training, and other activities.
Desired experience and skillset:
- Demonstrate natural curiosity fueled by a love for technology
- Be a great team player, showing initiative and commitment;
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory; and Formal IT qualifications are essential.
- Possession of a Maltese or International Driving License is preferred.
