iGaming Client looking for an IT Support Specialist

Salary : €25k to €30k

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance and resolving hardware, software, and network-related queries.
  • Establishing and maintaining support for computer networks, encompassing LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
  • Regularly monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning and security of computer systems.
  • Responding to IT support inquiries via tickets, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting in managing user accounts and access controls.
  • Conducting routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Delivering training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware utilization.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a IT support role.
  • Profound knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), and common software applications.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
