iGaming Client looking for an IT Support Specialist

Salary : €25k to €30k
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance and resolving hardware, software, and network-related queries.
- Establishing and maintaining support for computer networks, encompassing LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Regularly monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning and security of computer systems.
- Responding to IT support inquiries via tickets, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisting in managing user accounts and access controls.
- Conducting routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Delivering training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware utilization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a IT support role.
- Profound knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), and common software applications.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
