IT Director.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate IT to join our organization. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure. This includes managing the IT team, aligning IT strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring the efficient use of IT resources. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement IT infrastructure in collaboration with company leaders and the CTO • Plan and execute hardware, software, and networking system implementations • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for business enhancement and operational efficiency • Develop and manage the IT budget, adhering to financial objectives • Provide direction, support, and guidance to the IT team • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures for data security and system reliability • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics for improvement • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 8+ years of experience in IT management and leadership roles • Proven track record in creating, implementing, and managing successful IT infrastructure • Expertise in networking, cloud computing, virtualization, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies • Strong project management skills, including experience in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex IT issues
