We are currently seeking an experienced, commercially orientated Head of Sportsbook to manage and direct the strategy and performance of our clients Sportsbook. We require someone with a deep understanding of the Sports Betting market as well as extensive knowledge in effective sales and marketing strategies, analytical skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

- As Head of Sportsbook you will oversee the Betting & Sports products and operations for all sites within the group.
- You will hold extensive experience in aligning products to a more commercial and strategic roadmap, and have a clear understanding how to sell and position the Betting product with focus on maximizing profitability and customer retention.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the sportsbook, as well as overseeing the development of campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing betting activity.
- Develop the sports betting product by engaging and collaborating with both internal resources as well as external suppliers.
- Implement a customer retention and loyalty strategy for the sportsbook.
- Work closely with all marketing teams in attracting new sportsbook customers, advising on site content and localisation.
- As a highly data driven individual, you will continually optimise revenue, based on a clear vision and an expert understanding of the sector and the customer.
