Our client an innovative I-Gaming casino games supplier is looking for a Head of Marketing to run key events and support the sales team, develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, develop the PR and branding strategy and run the marketing division.
- Lead the Marketing function , including all aspects of brand and marketing activity
- Own and develop the brand and marketing strategy, building consensus within the senior team
- Create, and report against, an agreed marketing budget
- Develop innovative solutions to out-perform competitors marketing spend and activity
- Build effective marketing assets including sales materials, in collaboration with wider Commercial team
- Leadership of the current Marketing team, plus expanding the function with recruitment of new hires
- Lead the design, implementation and activation of participation at industry events and conferences
- Create and nurture appropriate relationships, generating advocacy for the clients products and services

The idea candidate will not only be able to operate as a senior leader, but also work on the day-to-day operations of a marketing function for a busy B2B company.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience within a senior brand or marketing position, or similar function
- Experience of leading, managing and creating high-performing teams
- Significant experience in building brand strategies from the ground up
- Experience of planning and activating marketing strategies
- Previous involvement in event planning and activation
- Experience with PR and other media, particularly global tech and gambling outlets
- A passion for all things marketing and Casino
The role would suit someone who has had experience within the betting and gaming industry, either B2C or B2B.
