iGaming provider require Head of IT to spearhead department
Your role
Your profile
- You will be a KEY team member – crucial in the formation of important policies and procedures
- You will lead the IT department across the client’s West London and Malta offices
Your role
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, including Cloud and DevOps processes.
- Provide regular reports on IT operations, collaborating with the CTO to develop and execute IT strategies.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and procuring necessary equipment, licences, and services.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations, analysing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimise scalable and reliable IT infrastructure, monitoring system performance and addressing issues.
- As a great communicator you will bring harmony and consensus on key initiatives.
- Oversee IT operations in both London and Malta offices, including travel between locations for the first six months (expenses paid).
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Familiarity with KPIs and OKRs, and experience in implementing and tracking them.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
- Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions.
- Willingness to travel between London and Malta for the initial six months.
