Head of Human Resources.

A successful business of three successful brands in the Fintech sector is looking to hire a passionate and knowledgeable HR professional to manage the HR team and continue to support the organic growth through all HR methodologies.

The role of Head of HR will cover operational, strategic and project-oriented requirements and report directly in to the CEO.

With two reports currently, this position will continue the great work of the founding HR specialist and continue to aid the business. 

Your remit will include;

Talent Sourcing and Onboarding
Career Succession Planning and the Full Career Lifecycle
Employee Relations
Learning and Development
Workforce Planning 
Overseeing Payroll
Additional projects as required
