We are looking to hire a Portuguese Compliance Specialist for a successful i-Gaming company.
You will be a Portuguese native speaker with previous experience in the iGaming sector, particularly in relation to the Portuguese license.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To set up and lead the compliance/legal team and processes for a newly established brand in Portugal.
Be responsible for ensuring that all company’s operational activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Act as the company’s contact person with the regulator.
Drafting, reviewal and approvals of all 3rd party supplier contracts. Draft and be responsible for the company’s internal policies and processes.
It is also essential that you are able to speak English fluently.
