What You Will Do:
  • Utilize our CRM systems to oversee and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring that the CRM functions as an effective sales funnel
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing techniques designed to attract new customers, while setting targeted strategies to retain existing ones
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across all channels
  • Continuously suggest new methods to address evolving customer needs, leveraging data insights and market trends
  • Track key marketing metrics and trends—such as conversion rates and web analytics—to measure campaign success, define measurable KPIs, and regularly review performance against strategic objectives
  • Assist with organizing and executing promotional events aimed at engaging prospective customers
  • Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs while conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activities
  • Assume full responsibility for the CRM budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Take complete ownership and manage the overall CRM and loyalty strategy for all customer segments, following internal processes and effectively managing stakeholders to maximize the value of customer data

What We Look For in the Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the gaming industry
  • A proven, inspirational leader who has managed complex and innovative CRM strategies for a large audience base
  • Experience with sophisticated multi-channel marketing solutions, including practical working knowledge of targeting, dynamic publishing, journey building, triggers, sequencing, and A/B testing
  • Demonstrated success in implementing CRM automation platforms (e.g., XtremPush).
  • Extensive experience in developing and deploying CRM and Loyalty Strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of effectively collaborating with third-party partners, such as design agencies and printers
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solid history in database marketing, profiling, and segmentation. You should be comfortable interpreting complex marketing data, creating comprehensive reports, and conveying meaningful commercial insights through both written and verbal presentations
