Our client is a new online sportsbook & casino operator that is launching into the Mexican market with the backing a large international gaming group.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute retention strategy to enhance player experience and grow lifetime player value and profitability
- Develop loyalty and retention programs, promotions, and campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns and delegate responsibilities as needed
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage marketing communications and customer experience
- Conceptualize and implement new loyalty features, promotions, and benefits that drive member adoption, spend, and engagement
- Develop and monitor loyalty metrics and KPIs to ensure program effectiveness
- Own the CRM function including platform ownership, strategic vision and program execution
- Develop strategies to grow and optimize performance of player database especially for prioritized player segments
- Understand customer segmentation and how to appropriately interact with each audience
- Develop and execute email and database marketing programs
- Assist with customer acquisition strategy and implementation as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM/ Loyalty programs
- Strong analytical and data skills with proven experience developing KPIs and dashboards
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
- Experience developing and managing email programs
- Strong understanding of online gaming
