We are seeking an experienced HR Expert to join a dynamic team at an online betting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, procedures and programs that support the company’s goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business needs, company culture and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to increase employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Manage the recruitment process for all positions in the company, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage the performance evaluation process, including the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
- Handle disciplinary actions and termination procedures as necessary.
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on all HR-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR management, preferably in the online gaming or betting industry.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
