HR Coordinator (Malta-Based)

A growing payment gateway are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a number of professionals, making they feel important and part of a family.
· Act as the company's "Caring Ambassador," ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported.
· Be a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees in both of our office locations.
· Assist in onboarding new team members
· Organize and lead events, activities, and initiatives that promote inclusivity and employee well-being.
· Offer a listening ear, addressing personal and professional concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
· Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that reflect our values of care and inclusivity.
· Help employees navigate their career paths within the company, fostering ambition and growth.
· Manage HR administrative tasks and maintain records while keeping the human touch intact.
· Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee well-being and inclusivity.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and empathetic nature.
· Fluent in English.
