Our client is seeking a data-savvy individual to collaborate closely with the CRM
teams, fostering data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.
The role involves utilizing advanced analytics tools, statistical analysis techniques, and data visualization methods to monitor, evaluate, and interpret business data.
Uncovering valuable insights and trends, the role will bolster strategic decision-making and promote ongoing improvements company-wide.
As an Insight Analyst, the candidate will harness analytics to generate insights concerning customers, products, and services, and communicate their findings to continually add value to the organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Data Officer.
- Conducting regular and ad-hoc data analysis across various domains, including customer Lifetime Value, evolving behavior trends, retention metrics, effectiveness of promotional activities, acquisition ROI, and the broader spectrum of business operations. This encompasses gathering data from diverse sources, such as databases, surveys, and web analytics tools.
- Identifying data trends and correlations to unearth valuable insights and deliver data-driven, actionable recommendations for enhancing overall performance.
- Executing A/B tests throughout the customer lifecycle and providing comprehensive reports to assess the impact of strategic changes and initiatives.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau or Python to present data in an understandable and presentable manner.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to understand their data needs, analyze and optimize CRM campaign performance.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to guide strategic decision-making within the organization.
- Work closely with the rest of the data team to build tools for marketing reporting automation and ensure and maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay ahead with industry's best practices and emerging technologies related to data analysis and data visualization.
Desired experience and skillset:
- 2+ years’ experience in data related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis tools such as SQL.
- Proficient in Tableau / PowerBI / QlikSense.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to handle large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
