On behalf of our client, Pentasia is actively in search of a Customer Support Agent (Swedish Speaking) for the Swedish market to join a dedicated team in central Malta!
As the primary point of contact for the customers, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional support and actively enhance the gaming experience for our customers. Through proactive customer engagement, your role involves identifying, addressing, resolving, and preventing any negative customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and live chat.
- Strive to find solutions for customer inquiries and issues while working towards a 'one correct answer' approach across all communication channels.
- Contribute to and support our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) infrastructure.
- Actively gather and share customer insights.
- Collaborate in planning customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor campaigns and promotions across all designated customer touchpoints.
- Assist with translations, content creation, and marketing to ensure effective communication with our customers.
- Offer fresh ideas and feedback to continually enhance our work processes, allowing room for creative input.
- Assist in aligning campaigns and promotions across designated customer touchpoints.
- Native Swedish speaker with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in online customer service.
- A positive outlook and a can-do attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and go the extra mile.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in iGaming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
