We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Agent (German speaking) to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional and tailored customer service to our German-speaking clientele, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting both internal and external customers
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues
- Maintaining minimal customer request queues
- Conducting customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)
- Managing customer request queues based on workload
- Possessing extensive knowledge of company products
- Participating in team meetings and activities
- Taking charge in the absence of the Line Manager
- Escalating technical issues
- Overseeing the Emergency Procedure
- Ensuring chat and email quality assurance
- Analyzing promotions before launch
- Managing the Banned procedure
Requirements
- High school or post-secondary education
- Preferably at least one year of work experience
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of internet-related software
- Fluency in both written and spoken German
