In order to help meet the company's expansion plans this company is now looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager with experience working in payments selling into the iGaming space or experience working with iGaming selling software to operators. Reporting to a UK based manager, your focus will be to drive adoption of the company's API's, increasing the share of this company's services. Your plan will include leveraging off existing client relationships and seeking new opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell within them.
Candidates will need to have experience in payments selling into the iGaming space or experience working with iGaming operators, account management development experience. Relationship building skills are key.
