Our foreign customer service teams, just like our English teams, consist of specialized hosts who have an in-depth understanding of customers in their specific regions. These highly skilled and professionally trained hosts deliver the same exceptional service but in multiple foreign languages.

We are currently seeking Customer Service Hosts to join our offices in Ceuta.
• Responding to customer queries in Spanish via telephone, email, and online chats.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
• Entering relevant information into databases.
• Building and managing customer relationships.
• Engaging in problem-solving tasks during shifts.
• Taking full responsibility for customer-related queries.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by managers or shift supervisors.
• Essential: Spanish as a home/first language.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with effective communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Availability for shift rotations.
• Completed high school qualification.
• At least 1 year of work experience post qualification.
