Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Country Manager for Brazil in the rapidly evolving iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of the company's operations in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and developing strategic partnerships to establish a strong presence in the Brazilian market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the Brazilian iGaming landscape.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on market trends and consumer behavior.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay abreast of local regulations and ensure the company's activities align with Brazilian gaming laws.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and approvals.
• Implement and enforce responsible gaming practices in accordance with local regulations.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including, industry associations, and local businesses.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to enhance the company's market position.
Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's activities in Brazil.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing, customer support, and technical functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Brand Building and Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract customers in the Brazilian market.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize campaigns and promotional activities.
• Implement customer retention initiatives to ensure long-term success in the market.
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for the Brazilian market, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry or related sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian iGaming market and regulatory environment.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of successful partnerships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
