- Define and execute the company’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and integrate innovative technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee system infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality, security, and efficiency.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance and data protection standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage IT budgets effectively.

- Monitor employee use of company technology to uphold security and policy adherence.
- Design and implement cybersecurity and data privacy measures to protect company assets.
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT development and technology management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and implement technological advancements.
- Deep industry knowledge in iGaming, fintech, or related sectors.
- Experience in payment processing technology is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in problem-solving, innovation, and technical decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
