- CRM Tools to configuration and automation of CRM cycles monitoring of players’ life stages.
- Create and manage of bonuses and campaigns
- Reporting CRM cycles report Players’ life stage report.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM (conversion, retention, and reactivation indicators)
- Critical and analytical sense
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
