Bi Analyst.

My client, a leading igaming company, is looking for a Bi Analyst to join their team in Malta on a Hybrid basis.

The Role:

As a Bi Analyst, your role will involve collecting, compiling, evaluating, and distributing data-driven actionable insights to support business operations and inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and proficiently navigate the organizational data ‘landscape’ 
• Use quantitative analysis to analyse data and support business decisions of internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for optimization and business process improvement
• Assist department heads with projections and other basic modelling tasks, such as projecting profits, system load, line changes.
• Utilize R/Tableau, and SQL as relevant tools.
• Capture and interpret requirements from internal stakeholders and business analysts, evaluate the feasibility and provide suggestions on how to improve the requirements.
• Support the Marketing Team by fulfilling their data-related inquiries and reporting needs.

Main Requirements:

• Solid foundation in quantitative disciplines like Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to liaise with various cross-functional stakeholders.
• 1+ years’ experience in iGaming space
• 1+ years’ experience in data related field
• Understanding of SQL or Similar.
• Programming experience is advantageous
