Our client powers digital payments for every entertainment, leisure, and gaming environment.  Their unified payment platform combines secure, real-world transactions with the most powerful payment technology to create immersive payment experience for both merchants and their users.

As Solutions Architect you will be primarily responsible for analyzing customer requirements and designing customized payment solutions, as well as for the day-to-day collaboration with the company’s partner financial institutions. Your expertise will contribute to the growth of our activity in North America, by creating successful customer journeys and designing payment configurations that will meet our customers’ requirements and ensure adherence to the highest quality and compliance standards.

  • Develop and implement electronic payment strategies: Participate in the process of analyzing customer requirements as well as financial and compliance regulations, to produce customized solution strategies for major accounts. 
  • Join the business development team and advise new prospects on our product from a technical perspective, as well as designing a tailored solution that is best fit for the prospect's needs.
  • Project coordination - Work closely with the new customers and onboarding team to guarantee a high-quality technical project delivery.
  • Planning - Coordinate the technical project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering team and customer teams to manage implementation projects and ensure we keep customers' requirements delivery on plan and on schedule.
  • Money Flows: Oversee the day-to-day and project specific interaction with the company’s partner financial institutions such as Banks, Payment Gateways, Processors, Acquirers, etc.
  • Security and fraud prevention: Incorporate robust transaction security, AML and fraud prevention mechanisms in solution design, to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations. Stay abreast of evolving security threats and industry best practices and inform stakeholders on emerging threats.
  • User experience optimization: Monitor and analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement in company’s electronic payments user experience, propose necessary optimizations.
  • Industry research and analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the electronic payments and fintech space.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Operations, Technical, Compliance and Customer Support, to ensure smooth delivery of the company’s solutions.
  • Customer Integration: Liaise with the customer’s technical and operational departments, to ensure flawless integration of the company’s products with their systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, banking, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fintech company specializing in electronic payments and omnichannel e-wallets for land-based and online commerce, holding a role relevant to the job description. Knowledge of the Gaming/Casino industry will be considered a major advantage.
  • Compliance and Security: Familiar with Anti-Money Laundering, KYC, fraud prevention, transaction-security requirements, and methodologies. 
  • Regulatory knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant electronic payments and e-wallet regulations, compliance requirements, and security standards.
  • Industry awareness: Proven track record of staying updated with the latest fintech and e-wallet industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
