About my client:
I am working with a well-known iGaming scale up that operates a worldwide online gaming business. Since its establishment in 1998, my client has become one of the world's largest, licensed, online gaming companies and has clients in more than 100 countries and is expanding. My client is best known for their sports betting service, however, they have also operated an online casino since September 2004.
My client is seeking an Affiliate Operations Coordinator to assist the Acquisition team in the day-to-day management of accounts and marketing materials.
This opportunity is based in Malta with a hybrid working set -up.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answering affiliate queries via email and the affiliate management system
• Maintain familiarity with the department policies and procedures
• Reviewing and processing new affiliate applications including quality assessment
• Working closely with CSD, Fraud, Payments, Country Managers and other teams for account management, the creation of new accounts and affiliate commission withdrawals
• Manage the affiliate newsletters and communication
• Manage marketing materials - banners, links, landing pages within the affiliate system and Bannerflow
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Able to process and collate information from various reporting systems
• Strongly self-motivated and tenacious
• Good problem solving attitude and performing well under pressure Knowledge & Experience:
• Experience in Customer Service or Affiliation would be an asset
• Knowledge of Income Access, Myaffiliates or any other affiliate management platform is a big plus
• Knowledge of Bannerflow is a plus
• Familiarity with internal reporting systems
• Minimum of 1 year in a position with relevant experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of gaming industry would be an asset
• Experienced in Excel and MS office
