This company is the market leader in providing solutions that improves player acquisition and retention for casino and sportsbook operators, through a combination of traditional and AI/ML solutions. It has an office based in the UK and employs over 40 staff both in the UK and across the globe.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, but please note it is 2-3 days per week in their London office. The main focus of this role will be relationship management of existing clients, cross-selling and up-selling their suite of four products. You will also be responsible for training clients on this product suite, and providing support with any issues they face.
To be successful, you will be dynamic, analytical, and be willing and able to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C account management in the iGaming industry. However, this is not essential, as the company will consider candidates without industry experience, as long as candidates have experience in a relationship management/client facing role.
