Account Manager/UK based/iGaming - Solutions provider
I am currently recruiting for an iGaming brand focused on improving player experiences with a mix of traditional and AI/ML solutions. Their main focus being player acquisition and retention for casino and sportsbook operators. They have an office in the UK and 45 staff dotted across the globe.
For this role, you can be based anywhere in the UK but you must be accessible to London 2-3 days per week. You will be focussed on managing client relationships and cross-selling/up-selling their products. You will be training clients on the suit of products that the brand provide and offer support with any issues they may have. You will report directly to the Head of Account Development and you will be working very closely with them.
To be successful, you will be analytical, pro-active, dynamic and be able to work autonomously. You must have also have at least 1 year of experience working within the iGaming industry in a B2B account management position. You will also be required to travel frequently to attend conferences and visit clients.
