CRM EXECUTIVE - Madrid Growing Online Gaming business is looking for a CRM Executive in their Madrid offices, who will be challenged to achieve the greatest customer loyalty, making them remain active customers for as long as possible. Under the supervision of the Retention and CRM Manager, you will coordinate and execute the campaigns carried out within the CRM department. About this Opportunity Reporting to the Malta Country Manager (hierarchically) and also reporting to the CRM Manager (functionally). You will be challenged to: Analysing different type of customers, grouping them and segmenting them into different categories, executing the promotional and loyalty campaigns for the defined customer segments. Monitoring competitors’ campaigns, learning from them and reacting to them so that the customer is not tempted to change. Identify and implement the required improvements in campaigns, propose the necessary changes to differentiate ourselves in the market. Prepare reports on campaigns results that have been carried out and propose corrective measures if necessary. You will need to inform and report on the activity and plans in periodic meetings and reports to the head of the CRM. What you need: 3 to 4 years’ experience within iGaming, from which at least one have to be in (.com) markets. (ESSENTIAL) You must be advanced on: Excel, some CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe, Optimove), ideally Gaming backoffice and CMS (Wordpress, Liferay…). Fluent in English.
