Pentasia has being exclusively retained by a key client to source their next VP of Sales for the US market. Our client is quickly establishing themselves as a leading player in the iGaming affiliate & performance marketing space in North America, having already gained a substantial market share in Europe.

This role will be a key position in the future leadership team for our client’s North American operations. The person in this position will be US based and open to very frequent travel. iGaming experience is essential for this business-critical role. The VP of Sales will spearhead the continued growth efforts in the US and will hold accountability for selling digital marketing and affiliation products in the US. The VP of Sales will also enable growth of the existing US portfolio as well as identify and integrate potential acquisitions in a proactive manner.

As the VP of Sales in the US, you will:

  • Sell digital marketing and affiliation products into the US market
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the US
  • Define and communicate sales goals, and ensure that the board are regularly updated on progress towards those goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers while partnering with them to truly understand their business, and in turn help drive their growth
  • Build and lead a sales team for the US market
  • Work closely with the Legal & Compliance Team to ensure compliance and that necessary licenses are obtained/maintained
  • Monitor market trends and share information with your colleagues throughout the organisation
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team to ensure successful identification and integration of potential M&A targets
  • Regularly engage with the Product team to ensure that products are optimized for the US market

Ideal Requirements:

  • Demonstratable iGaming Experience
  • Experience selling digital marketing affiliate products
  • Previous budgetary and sales target exposure
  • Proven ability to drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, networking and presentation skills
  • A track record of building and leading successful sales teams
