Overview:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Vice President of Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day US operations based in New Jersey. This position will build out customer support, responsible gaming, risk/fraud/payments, and anti-money laundering departments. Must have iGaming experience!
Responsibilities:
- Review & define strategic priorities for the team, ensuring a customer centric approach and maximizing value for the business.
- Keep operational effectiveness as a priority and suggest ways of simplifying processes, whilst ensuring full adherence to any compliance requirements.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship and collaboration with other departments.
- Cultivate a professional and fun team environment that rewards top performers, promotes growth and attracts talent.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maintain industry best service levels.
- Create and maintain data driven workforce management systems that optimize resource utilization.
- Build and continuously improve new hire training and employee development programs.
- This role reports to the SVP USA
