My client, an interactive gaming company headquartered in the US is currently seeking a VP of iCasino to run their established Casino brands in North America and grow market share through new jurisdictional entry, M&A and cross-selling existing customers.

In this role you will own the P&L and strategy of all their iCasino businesses. The ideal candidate will have the unique ability to tap into several complementary audiences from the businesses exiting retail & online customer databases, and from several large media partnerships.

The right individual is a going to be a data driven and very commercial leader, who is understands the major global gaming suppliers, operators, and trends, and who understands what games, product features, and experiences resonate with online casino players in the US. A strong understanding of the cross-sell opportunity from retail and Sportsbook is also crucial to success in this role.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell from retail and Sports
  • Work with functional department heads in Sportsbook, Product, Marketing and Finance to develop and set forward looking strategy for the casino business
  • Define the short and long-term market strategies
  • Commercial negotiations, games release prioritization, product improvements in collaboration with 3rd party suppliers
  • Lead the operations team responsible for the day-to-day activities of the iCasino – customer profiling, promotions, bonuses, omni channel cross sell, configuration set up, internal casino product / casino CX roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to identify the best-in-class features and functionalities for all iCasino brands
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to construct and execute on a CRM strategy that is focused on acquisition, retention, reactivation of players on all platforms
  • Collaborate with GM of the Sportsbook to identify cross-marketing opportunities and ensure consistency across products
  • Develop performance metrics, monitor trends, and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and report on KPIs, goals, and metrics to show strategic impact
  • Work closely with product to develop differentiated product functionality based on market needs and customer feedback
  • Identify key audience segments and understand relevant business challenges and opportunities for each
  • Enhance the use of existing technologies and drive scalability, and stability
  • Determine game strategy by working with internal Game Studios and third-party providers

Qualification Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ownership experience of a P&L of a major online Casino
  • Experience in high growth companies in online gaming
  • Unrelenting passion for gaming
  • You are data obsessed and have demonstrable experience of working on critical, highly visible projects and thriving even when given a short timeline
  • Must be able to develop and maintain cordial and professional relationships with all levels of the business and external partners
