Work with the Customer Support team to support and respond to player’s inquiries with sense of urgency while providing knowledgeable and accurate information.
Maintain, execute, and improve on overall strategy for building player relationships, converting potential VIP’s, and player’s loyalty and rewards.
Monitor individual customer performance and ensure that bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirements.
Knowledge and understanding on the various games, strategies, and patterns in the online gaming industry.
Understanding players’ behavior and needs by analysis of gaming activity on player’s accounts.
Ensures proper communication between management, product operations, CRM, customer operations to optimize players’ experience.
Work with CRM teams to optimize all player communications and rewards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2 - 3 years account management experience in online gambling
Understanding of the Online Gaming Casino and Sports landscape is required
Excellent business communication skills
Motivated team player and able to work independently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven successful experience in a multi-tasking and very technical organization
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to work cross-functionally to support all teams
Advanced Excel skills including V-lookup and Pivot.
Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity
Experience in Casino/Sports Betting or Online Gaming highly desired
