One of the leading Providers and Operators is looking for VIP Account manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with online gaming in sales/ VIP/customer support.
You will be the main point of contact to our very important customers, responsible for creating an industry leading VIP experience with their brand.
More about the position:
-Micromanagement of an assigned portfolio of VIP customers for maintaining ongoing
communication outreach and responsiveness via all communication channels
-Develop a strong understanding of the company’s VIP customer needs & providing excellence in customer service to build long term relationships and maintaining VIP cards.
-Advising and providing feedbacks, cooperating with CRM in order to build
-Working on set targets, objectives and goals while being accountable for VIP Customer satisfaction
-Proactively improve all metrics of the assigned portfolio
Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes:
-Native level English speaker
-Any additional language is an advantage
-1-2 years minimum experience in iGaming Account Management Sport and Casino
