Online casino technology and services company is looking to grow the User Experience (UX) team.
You will be part of a small team working primarily on white-labelling online casinos. If you are skilled in structuring the unstructured and in problem solving, we're interested
in talking to you. You’ll be remote/home-based. There will be plenty of opportunity to optimise and innovate, and you’ll need to be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Role Details:
- Educate and encourage a user-centered approach to change across the company
- Conduct and report quantitative and qualitative user research
- Identify user needs
- Identify business needs, obligations and constraints
- Enable measurement and evaluate success
- Sketch, wireframe, prototype and test
- Document deliverables
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create enjoyable, intuitive products
- Owning the visual strategy of content
- Developing information architecture, and applying to designs
Requirements:
- Experience as a UX Designer, or in similar role
- Portfolio of projects focused around process
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in design software: preferably Sketch and InVision
- Strong understanding of design principles and design psychology
- Understanding of interface convention and trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Perseverance
