Leading Dynamics 365 Specialists looking for Techno Functional Consultants to assist with implementation of solutions.

You would be a key member of the team, contributing heavily to business processes and design of the solution as well as being crucial in the hands on configuration of the implementation of the clients Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, BC) software according to customer needs and wants. 

Its important you come from a hands on technical background with considerable experience in CRM as well as possessing incredible customer support and management skills directly with clients themselves. Clients will be based in various jurisdictions, so you will have the opportunity to travel to interesting places.



  • Take overall responsibility, be the POC for client document workshops, requirement meetings with clients, BA's, project stakeholders and the consulting team. 
  • Work collaboratively with other consultants in order to finish up at the best possible solution for each client in question.
  • Develop scalable and high quality solution architecture. 
  • Ensure alignment between implementation and project methodology, ensuring implementation is achieved in accordance to roadmaps, timings and budgets. 
  • Maximize usage of OOB features and provide technical design or develop/customize solution approach for identified gaps;
  • Create high quality demos and POC solutions for various client presentations, in order to ensure highest quality of pre-sale presentation quality.
  • Be a source of product expertise for clients on associated software and solutions. 
  • Drive for process improvement, feature reusability and other initiatives to maximize efficiency in delivery;
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team 

Qualifications and Essential Skills

  • A graduate degree in computing/business or relevant field. 
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) would be ideal
  • Strong understanding and deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI);
  • 4+ years of implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development is a must;
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within CE including Sales, Marketing and CS for example
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions;
  • Good understand of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
