My client, an innovative Fintech company offering e-commerce and payments solutions, is looking for L2 & L3 e-commerce Support Specialists to join their Operations team in Barcelona or Montpellier.
As part of the Operations team, you will ensure a quality setup and a satisfactory customer support experience.
You will be focused on backoffice Technical Setup for e-commerce and retail merchants
- Merchants, resellers, acquirers, white labels technical setup;
- POS technical setup, testing and diagnostic;
- Weekly reporting on merchants onboarding to reseller partners.
- Troubleshooting technical issues for all current and future payment methods (cards and APMs);
- Answering technical requests and contributing to improving Customer Support processes and tool(s).
- Some PHP and REST APIs knowledge
- Previous experience in e-commerce support, technical support or similar roles
- Previous experience or exposure to the Payment industry (fintech, bank, PSP, gateway, acquirer, etc.) is a strong plus
