My Client in the FinTech industry is looking for some Tech Support Specialists to monitor the operation of their systems, ensuring 7x24 availability for business continuity.


  • Consulting initiators of typical tasks and questions (level 1);
  • Solving typical tasks and tickets;
  • Implementation of preventive and planed activities;
  • Escalation of incidents for specialized engineers (network, storages, servers, virtualization, etc.);
  • Participation in the monitoring of IT infrastructure (Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK);
  • Maintenance of technical documentation;
  • Interaction with related departments.



  • Experience with x86-x64 and IBM Power architecture;
  • Experience with unix-like OS (Preferably Oracle Linux), AIX;
  • Management of virtual machines based on VMware;
  • Basic knowledge of application servers would be a plus (Weblogic preferred);
  • Basic knowledge of LDAP, DHCP, DNS, PAM services;
  • Basic knowledge of OSI model, TCP / IP protocol stack, routing;
  • Ability to read, analyze and compare events in logs;
  • Scripting experience will be a plus (bash, python, etc.);
  • Experience with cloud solutions will be a plus (Preferably Oracle cloud);
  • Experience with Windows OS will be a plus;
  • Experience with databases will be a plus (Oracle, mysql, etc.);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Able to work in 12 hour shifts
