Our client is an exciting iGaming company looking for an experienced Customer Service / Tech support Professional based in London.

Role responsibilities:
Answering customer's inquiries via email and live chat
Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience
Verifying customer accounts and processing payments
Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players
Assisting in fraud and risk management
Taking care of VIP players


Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service / Tech Support Experience
Genuine interest in iGaming Experience 
Excellent communication skills  -  Impeccable English and Japanese – written and spoken
Previous VIP Experience is a big plus
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independent and as a part of a team
