The Lead Core Developer is responsible for leading a team as a people leader and as a hands-on technical contributor. They will report to the Head Of Development,


Job Description:

The Lead Core Developer should skilled at communication within the team and across the organization and able to collaborate closely with other managers and prioritize/delegate the work of people and team.

The technology stack we use is based on Python and Flash


The Challenge Ahead:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance
  • Lead by example
  • Mentor and coach members of the team
  • Collaborate with the Head Of Development with technical and non-technical strategies
  • Able to manage a diverse and geographically distributed team 
  • Cooperate with outsourcing partners
  • Understand business requirements and suggest relevant solution designs
  • Delegate, prioritize and manage workload
  • Happy and able to perform code reviews
  • Write technical and non-technical documentation
  • Deploying code to live environments and assist the team in their own deployment

What we are looking for:

  • Proven record and prowess with Python.
  • Experience with GIT and Jenkins
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with Microservices
  • Mongo DB database experience
  • Comfortable with Object Oriented Design
  • Experience in Affiliation / Lead generation organization is a plus
