A successful Group of companies are experiencing strategic and ongoing growth. They are now looking to hire an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver on these key hires and get involved with additional HR duties to cover an end to end process.
Supporting Managers with their hiring requirements by managing the end to end process and being consultative at all times.
Have knowledge and experience of recruiting for a broad remit of technical staff as well as all levels of operations.
Ability to speak to people at all levels including the Board about the vast array of hiring strategies.
Use data to influence future decisions as you re-evaluate previous ones.

At least four years recruitment experience of hiring technical staff.
The ability to communicate to all levels of staff.
An understanding of consultative recruitment.
A passion for understanding the market generally, and how to influence stakeholders in sourcing the best people as required.
A team oriented nature, to be involved in on-boarding and some extra HR administrative duties to provide potential and new staff with the best experience.
