Your role will be to provide product related technical support to the operational team, monitor the overall quality of service end to end and identify ways to improve customer satisfaction, and to manage service delivery execution against contracted service levels, ensuring 3rd parties and all internal teams meet their KPI’s. Excellent communications skills are key, as is great organisation skills, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, exciting environment.
