Sport CRM – Team Leader

The Role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join a growing team and handle the department’s strategy and lead the CRM team to success whilst keeping in line with the company’s vision. Must have leadership experience and focus on customer retention and acquisition efforts. He/she must have a sportsbook background and have solid experience in player journey, life cycles, push notification and email marketing.

Job Description

 

  • Manage a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team of a sports betting brand
  • Plan and oversee execution of the CRM plan across all channels and applications
  • Manage optimization and report all relevant KPIs and other campaign measurements
  • Hands-on management of administrative and Back Office systems
  • Analyze, optimize, and maintain CRM processes and customers journeys
  • Ensure promotional campaigns using all available marketing tools
  • Take part in relevant project and initiate ideas
  • Report to stakeholders on all activity and plans – weekly and according to needs

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position leading a team
  • Sports savvy
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Knows how to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork, and the ability to brainstorm
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in the Spanish language will be high advantageous
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience with Optimove – advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree –Preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing, or other analytical domains
