A Pentasia client is looking for a Senior Software Architect who will be responsible for designing architectural solutions for their brand's digital product.
The position can be operated on a remote basis but for the initial months and getting the team together you will be based in Riga to work alongside other team members to help define the road-map and important architectural decisions.
Leading software design and analysis projects whilst analyzing requirements and aligning project scope with product owners
Able to Architect and design enterprise, web and client-server applications as well as model data, flows, components, interfaces, deployment and processes
Ensuring software architecture and technical solutions durability and maintainability and will be ensuring the scalability, high-availability and performance of enterprise applications
Cooperate with technical teams, business side and customers to align solutions
Support the development teams and defining tasks for technical teams and act as a mentor for said teams.
Documenting a solution design according to the defined standards
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key software engineering technical leaders
Will be learning both functional and technical details of Casino product and other products
A comprehensive background and experience with architecting software solutions (full stack), software architecture patterns and systems integration patterns
Have the ability deliver results without close supervision – being a strong team player as well as working well independently
Have deep knowledge of back end, database, front end/web technologies and other areas covering the entire IT infrastructure.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to efficiently communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels (technical, business-oriented people, management)
Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
A detailed understanding of all phases of software delivery cycle
Have a results oriented mindset – always ready to get things done, and being committed to quality
Have the ability to estimate efforts and to follow the commitments
Have excellent written and verbal English language skills, public-speaking & presenting is not new to you
