My client is looking for a Senior Vice President User Experience to work remotely from the USA.

What you will do
This role will be responsible for pre-develepment 
  • Responsible for mapping, revising towards a seamless end-to-end customer experience - journey flow
  • Responsible for the ideation of a well-loved customer experience vision, turning that into an actionable vision, forming a team who can build out the system and GUI architecture required to bring the vision to life
  • Prioritization of all existing and new work that has an impact to the customer experience
  • Reduce of touch points where it makes sense
  • Increase conversion metrics at each funnel point. From UA, app install, free-to-play , registration, from rego to deposit, from deposit to retention..
  • Receives user and market input to UX direction into business case for development
  • Responsible for app skins (finding / hiring designers)
  • Responsible for communications at all touch points
  • Works closely with customer experience lead (with sports betting in depth knowledge) – who has the product focus.
  • Leadership of in-house platform development
  • Oversees customer experience map, collation of customer feedback, turning them into actionable delivery of solutions
