Our client is a modern gaming company developing and operating real money and social gaming online products. They are leaders of the gaming industry, bridging iGaming, social and brick and mortar businesses in a way that creates value. They are currently looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join one of their agile, cross platform development teams.


What you'll do

  • Be the first contact for questions and concerns regarding production environments

  • Communicate directly with Marketing, Operations and 3rd party vendors

  • Investigate problems and incidents

  • Fix issues in the code-base

  • Make configuration changes to production environments

  • Be part of defining monitoring requirements for new features

  • Be creating knowledge base for enabling fast support responses and self-service for stakeholders

In order to succeed you need

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Great troubleshooting skills

  • Experience providing 2nd level support

  • Strong English language skills

  • To be unafraid of diving into source code and application logs
