This company is moving into a new region. This is a great opportunity to join a house hold brand that has been awarded one of the biggest commercial contracts in its history. In the coming years, this company have an ambitious vision and are looking to hire an innovative team to continue the growth of the business.
You will be required to be accessible to the Hertfordshire area and be able to travel frequently. For the first phase of this role, you will be responsible for migrating the relevant processes and integrating new ones. In the second phase of this role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the sales strategy for the commercial performance of your assigned region and leading a team to deliver ambitious sales growth targets.
To be considered for this role you will need to have regional management experience and be able to demonstrate you have formulated and implemented a sales strategy at a national level. You will also need previous experience selling into the retail sector. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly commercial, focused on delivering ambitious sales growth targets and be customer focused with a partnerships led approach.
