(Relocation and visa provided) Role: Coach a Scrum Team and individual team members to attain Agile maturity and support a wider organisational adoption of an Agile mindset. Collaborate with the HR, Product Owners and Tech-leads to ensure individual employee growth and development, challenge preconceived ideas in order to bring out the best results in our people. Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organisation is at the forefront of industry best practices. Evaluate the level of maturity of the Agile team and highlight opportunities for improvement. Forge a partnership with organisational leaders, enable collaboration across-teams and cross-departments and help to identify and implement changes on the company level. Oversee Scrum events depending on the team's requirements. Understand how to use metrics and data to drive improvements. Be able to progress and combine the work of a Scrum Master and a People Coach. Skills & Qualifications; Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach – 4+ years Knowledge of Agile software development principles, practices, and ability to coach team members in different frameworks without becoming reliant upon any single approach. A passion for Agile – motivation for continuously learning and sharing knowledge and experience. Experience working in the iGaming industry (with gaming platforms) is considered a strong advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
